Blueberry Amaretto Cupcakes
Blueberry Amaretto Cake:
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup amaretto
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon lime juice

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Put to the side.
On slow speed, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time until thoroughly mixed, add lime juice and mix until blended.
Alternate adding amaretto and dry ingredients to the butter mixture.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
1 block cream cheese
3/4 cup juice of blueberries
2 cups icing sugar
Cream butter and cream cheese together. Mix in blueberry juice. Slowly add the icing sugar.
